Welcome to Pro Star Dumpsters. By renting a dumpster or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your rental.

Pro Star Dumpsters (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides temporary dumpster rental and waste removal services for residential, commercial, and construction projects in Texas.

All services are provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any written or digital rental agreements.

Rental Agreement and Duration

Standard rental periods and pricing will be provided at the time of booking.

Extended rental times are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Dumpster delivery and pickup dates are scheduled in advance. If access to the dumpster is blocked or delayed, additional fees may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, check, or other approved payment options.

Additional charges may apply for:

Overweight loads
Extended rental durations
Unauthorized materials
Failed delivery or pickup attempts

Dumpster Placement and Access

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement location for the dumpster.

Pro Star Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, or underground utilities resulting from delivery or pickup.

Customers must ensure that the area is clear of vehicles, debris, and overhead obstacles.

Acceptable and Prohibited Materials

Allowed materials include:
Household waste, furniture, construction debris, yard waste, and appliances (without refrigerants).

Prohibited materials include:
Flammable, toxic, or hazardous items such as:
Paint, oil, and fuel
Tires and batteries
Asbestos and medical waste
Refrigerators or air conditioners containing refrigerants
Pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals

Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional charges and possible fines as required by law.

Weight Limits and Overages

Each dumpster rental includes a set weight limit based on size and type.

If the dumpster exceeds the allowed tonnage, overage fees will apply per ton as listed in the rental agreement.

Liability and Damages

Pro Star Dumpsters is not responsible for:

Damage to private property due to customer placement requests
Injuries caused by improper use of the dumpster
Damage or loss due to natural causes (weather, flooding, etc.)

Customers assume full responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and any damages resulting from misuse, overloading, or restricted materials.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery may receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a service charge.

Refunds will not be issued once the dumpster has been delivered, except in cases of company error.

Service Interruptions

We may postpone or reschedule deliveries and pickups during hazardous weather or unsafe site conditions. In such cases, service will resume as soon as it is safe to do so.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Star Dumpsters, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pro Star Dumpsters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
